Your first thought might be "isn't it 'Hoagie' and not 'Hogie?'" Technically, yes, the traditional name for the sandwich is "hoagie" - but we're having a little fun with it since "Hogie" is the nickname of one of our original owners - Mike Hogan aka "Hogie" who passed away after a brief bout with liver cancer on May 26, 2011. RIP Hogie! We love you!

So who is "Joe"? Joe is Joey Kiel, he and his wife, Amy are the owners & managers of Hogie Joe's.

Thus "Hogie Joe's" was born.

Can you get a hoagie at Hogie Joe's? We call 'em sandwiches, but yes. We sell 'em. We also specialize in fantastic burgers, wings, steaks and entrees.
